Dianne Virga
I am a recently retired Developmental Therapist from Connecticut's Birth-to-Three system where, along with wearing many other hats, I sang children's songs with students, families, and childcare staff on a regular basis. Partially inspired by my 6th grade chorus membership, my late guitar teacher, and musically inclined friends, I love to sing and have a particular fondness for folk music.
My many interests in addition to music include swimming in and relaxing by the sea, my feline friends, gardening, hiking, camping, kayaking, and almost anything outdoors. I have a small home-based herbal business/hobby from which I create soap, candles, dried flower crafts, creams, and other assorted products. I am planning to begin as a student in the Connecticut Master Gardener Program this January.
It is a pleasure to be advancing my musical skills with such a spirited and talented group!
