Circle of Song starts rehearsals on Thursday, September 8

Circle of Song will start its 22nd season Thursday, September 8. Rehearsals run from 7:00 – 8:30 pm and the first three weeks will take place at the Barre Congregational Church. This is the church at the top (or north end) of the Common that has the tall spire. Park across the street and walk to the left side of the church. The door will be open there.

The program for this fall will be a potpourri of challenging and beautiful music from many genres and in many languages.

Additionally, the chorus will feature its many instrumentalists with a medley of Christmas carols.

Circle of Song is a multi-generational chorus that sings in 4-part harmony with and without piano accompaniment. Though the music is often demanding, all singers are supported by strong section leaders and good choral practices that build a beautiful and very fulfilling ensemble experience. Contact Julie Rawson, co-director with Nancy Afonso, for more information – 978-257-1192, julie@mhof.net, or show up at rehearsal.
